Solaris Development is a principal-led real estate and hospitality platform built from senior operators who each run their own company in their discipline. Development, finance, construction, operations and strategy sit under one roof, across resort development, branded lodging, extended stay, outdoor hospitality, multifamily, modular construction and repositioning.

That capability runs two ways. We build and reposition assets we own or co-own through our brand platforms. We also make the same bench available to owners, lenders, family offices and institutional partners who need a specific piece of it, on a specific project, without handing over the deal.
