Solaris Development is a principal-led real estate and hospitality development platform comprising accomplished senior executives with an extensive collective track record. Our principals maintain independent companies and specialized affiliations, and we operate as one integrated team, bringing together development, finance, construction, operations, and strategic expertise across resort development, branded lodging, extended stay, outdoor hospitality, multifamily, modular construction, and repositioning.

Solaris is not dependent on a single asset class or one executive's skill set. Its advantage is the interaction of complementary specialists across the entire value chain, each running their own company in their discipline and carrying real profit-and-loss or delivery accountability.

How we engage

Solaris engages as developer, co-developer, development manager, construction manager or owner's representative, alone or in combination.

Deal structure

For each real estate transaction, we form a dedicated special-purpose entity. The participating principals and partners are formally established through that project's operating agreement.

Advisory services

Our advisory work is deliberately simple and flexible. A client can engage any single service, or any combination, without taking on the full development mandate.
